Warren, Brookfield, and Spencer Street Railway open from 1897-1917

Digging out the the Trolley line (Street Railway)  after a major snow storm.  Contributing factors to its closing included wartime coal shortage for power, snow-covered tracks, and a car barn fire with estimated damages of $75,000.
