Thursday May 20, 2010 from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm. The Merrick Public Library is offering an American Heart Association Friends and Family CPR Class presented by Matt Simpson. This class is being offered to members of the Brookfield community with little to no medical training who want to learn more about CPR but do not need a course completion card. Students will learn to perform CPR for adults, children and infants and how to help an adult, child or infant who is choking. This class is open to members of the community age 11 and over.
